- The Practice and Reward of False Praying 虚假的祷告与其赏赐 (6:5, 7)
Vain Glory 虚空的荣耀 (6:5). Prayers made in order to be seen by men is always hypocritical, because, by definition, the focus of every prayer should be on God (John 14:13). If we can look to so poor a thing as the praise of men when we pray, it shall then be our only reward. 盼望让人看见的祷告都是虚假的，因为祷告的焦点，应当是神（约14:13）。当我们祷告时所追求的是人的赞赏，那便就是我们所得的赏赐了。
Vain Repetition 虚空的重复 (6:7). The hypocritical prayers of the scribes and Pharisees were not only given in the wrong spirit but also with meaningless words. God cannot be moved by the length of your prayers, by empty words or by the number of times you repeat your prayers. 法利赛人与文士虚假的祷告，不但出于虚假的心，还以毫无意义的话献给神。神所要的祷告，并不在乎祷告的文字、长度或次数。
- The Practice and Reward of True Praying 真诚的祷告与其赏赐 (6:6, 8)
Pray in Private 荣耀在暗中祷告 (6:6). God is present whenever and wherever His children call on Him, in public or in privacy. Here, Jesus encourages us to, if necessary, go to a place with minimal distractions, so that we will not be tempted to show off or lose our supreme attention to God. 无论何时、何处，在私下或公共场合中，只要神的儿女呼叫祂，祂必然同在。这里，耶稣鼓励我们到一个没有干扰性的地方祷告，叫我们不陷于虚假而失去焦点。
Pray with Confidence 凭信心祷告 (6:8). It is to pray with sincere confidence that our heavenly Father both hears and answers every request made to Him in faith. 这就是以真诚的信心来祷告，知道我们在天上的父必聆听并应许每一个在信心中向祂发出的祈求。

- Do you pray with the intention of informing and persuading God? Do you expect God to answer your prayer because you have said it 50 times and thus, you believe He owes you? God does not have to be harassed and cajoled. He knows even before you ask.
你祷告的动机是要通知神还是劝告神呢？你是否因为祷告了50次，就认为神欠了你，必须回应你呢？神是不需要被哄或被骚扰的；祂在你祈求之先，已经知道你的需要。
- Prayer is sharing of needs, burdens, and hunger of our hearts before our heavenly Father; it is “communion with God”. He wants us to ask Him, He wants to hear us, He wants to commune with us. How often do you communicate with your Father?
真正的祷告是在我们的天父面前分享心里的饥渴、需要与重担，这就是与神相交了。祂要我们向祂祈求，要聆听我们的呼求，要与我们相交。你与你天父的沟通有多频繁呢？
- We must focus on God and God alone. Jesus regularly went away from His disciples to pray alone. (Matt 14:23) Are you making any effort in your prayer life to make sure that God is the only genuine audience of your prayer?
我们祷告的焦点必须是神，而且唯独神。耶稣经常离开自己的门徒，独自祷告（太14:23）。你是否为自己的祷告有所付出，确保神是你唯一真实的倾听者呢？
